Requirements

  • Business Administration studies or similar background
  • Data management or BI development studies beneficial
  • First practical finance/controlling experiences advantageous
  • Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
  • Fluent English
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • First SAP experiences and database understanding advantageous

Tasks

  • Control sales and costs for BMW, MINI, and Motorrad in Central and Southeastern Europe
  • Plan, steer, and report financial KPIs
  • Analyze plan/target gaps and derive targeted measures
  • Support financial evaluation of planned strategic activities
  • Assist with monthly closing, forecasts, and budget planning
  • Prepare regular reports and management presentations
  • Support FP&A department with data quality controls and BI development
  • Implement AI within FP&A and market controlling

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – is a plus
