Institutional Relationship Manager Assistant(m/w/x)
Supporting relationship managers with prospect onboarding and application follow-up for a leading Swiss online bank. 1+ year financial services customer care experience required. Daily support for relationship managers, French and English fluency needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or Business Administration, or nearing graduation
- Interest in global finance and comfort in stock market environment
- French and English (mother tongue or fluent)
- Working proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and/or German (plus)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer care or relationship management in financial services
- Rigorous, great sense of priorities, excellent organizational skills
- Talent in efficiency and strong communication skills
- Open-minded, team-oriented spirit
- Capability to work under pressure
Tasks
- Support Relationship Managers with administrative tasks
- Assist Business Development Managers with prospect onboarding
- Follow up on prospect applications until compliance submission
- Ensure high service levels and meet team targets
- Monitor and ensure compliance with service levels
- Conduct quality controls
- Monitor smooth execution and settlement dashboard
- Coordinate solutions
- Update customer data and account settings
- Handle incoming calls from prospects, clients, and departments
- Manage general internal and external correspondence and mailing
- Conduct periodic customer due diligence reviews
- Coordinate operational questions with Legal, Compliance, BO, and Payments
- Perform other administrative and sales tasks as assigned
