- •Communicate professionally regarding changes, delays, and overdue payments
- •Address logistical challenges with customers
- •Manage occasional claims and complaints professionally
- •Conduct market research via phone and email
- •Prepare offers and coordinate follow-ups with field sales
- •Process incoming orders
- •Report and implement negotiation results into the CRM
- •Follow up on the sample process
