Requirements

  • University degree in innovation management, finance, economics, data analytics, entrepreneurship or related fields
  • Professional experience in venture capital, corporate innovation management or corporate venture building
  • Ability to apply systematic business model analysis frameworks
  • Proficiency in innovation methodologies
  • Very good English skills (German is a plus)
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft suite tools
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and translation of complex concepts
  • Experience supporting investment committees and funding decision processes

Tasks

  • Conduct due diligence on early-stage business models
  • Assess project success using DVF frameworks
  • Translate strategic ambitions into measurable outcomes
  • Operationalize business model evaluation frameworks
  • Prepare detailed investment and pivot recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align innovation portfolios
  • Track project performance through governance dashboards
  • Maintain scalable data infrastructure using Power BI
  • Facilitate and document investment committee meetings
