- Align decisions with the Business Unit on external topics.
- Participate in management and steering meetings.
- Conduct project-related site visits.
- Attend customer appointments.
- Support on-site and in-house test phases.
- Request additional resources from the line organization.
- Provide structured feedback and improvement impulses.
- Track on-time delivery, quality, and escalation prevention KPIs.
