Tasks
- Support employees throughout their employment lifecycle
- Assist with labour law questions
- Advise managers and employees on HR topics
- Handle the full recruitment process
- Create and manage job advertisements
- Manage job applications
- Conduct and manage job interviews
- Advise managers on selection decisions
- Negotiate and prepare employment contracts
- Participate in operational HR projects
- Contribute to process improvement
