Processing payroll and maintaining HR master data in SAP and Workday at a mid-sized service provider. Several years of operational payroll experience, SAP HR Payroll knowledge, and labor law know-how required. Small, collaborative HR team with focus on process optimization.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, further training as a personnel specialist desirable
- Several years of experience in human resources and operational payroll
- Know-how in labor, tax, and social security law
- Good knowledge of SAP HR Payroll
- Secure MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- First experience with HR software Workday advantageous
- Confident and friendly demeanor combined with high service orientation
- Careful and precise working method, independence, and reliability
- Hands-on mentality
Tasks
- Coordinate and execute the recruiting process
- Manage the hiring process from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Process payroll in SAP, including preparation and follow-up
- Maintain and update HR master data and processes in Workday and SAP
- Oversee time management in SAP
- Serve as a point of contact for all employees in the designated area and for the works council
- Handle certification, contract management, and HR statistics
- Participate in project work and special topics
- Train commercial apprentices and organize vocational training, including needs assessment
- Administer various corporate programs
- Manage temporary employment processes, including contract and invoice review and deadline monitoring
- Facilitate internal HR communication
- Engage in personnel marketing, including social media presence
Education
- Vocational certification
