- Create and maintain reports measuring changes in recruitment KPIs
- Track employee competency matrices, training duration, and progress
- Define and implement the onboarding process at production centers
- Collaborate with trainers to identify training needs
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills
- Work with external partners to improve recruitment and training success
