Maintaining HR data and managing headcount control for a global engineering group. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Daily reporting to Finance and HRBPs, with SAP Success Factors knowledge a plus.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training as HR specialist or degree in HR
- Very good English and German language skills
- Good computer skills including Word
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP Success Factor knowledge (plus)
- Sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Sense for policies, process standardization, optimization
- Enjoy responsibility in international team
- Flexibility for new organization and tasks
Tasks
- Maintain HR data
- Manage headcount control list
- Report to Finance and HRBPs
- Calculate yearly wage increases
- Calculate bonus payouts
- Handle C&B HR topics
- Interface with HR Shared Service Center
- Manage monthly payroll
- Report company car changes
- Maintain HRIT system (SAP Success Factor)
- Support new C&B standards implementation
- Support HR project activities
- Interface for company pension
- Maintain LTIC organizational charts
- Own and update C&B policy
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
