  • Leadership-Programme mit Talent Management-Prozessen verzahnen
  • Globale Standards, Frameworks und Instrumente im Leadership Development weiterentwickeln
  • Konsistente Umsetzung von Leadership Development in den Ländern fördern
  • Moderne Lernformate und -methoden weiterentwickeln
  • Digitale Lernangebote, Blended Learning und innovative Entwicklungsformate fördern
