Requirements
- Strong technical skills in data analytics, visualization, and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar)
- Proven experience in building or modernizing reporting processes, with a focus on creating automated, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Experience with compensation and talent processes (e.g., salary reviews, benchmarking, variable pay cycles, succession planning, talent reviews)
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems
- Background in HR analytics, reporting, or workforce planning
- Curiosity and learning agility
- Ownership mindset and responsibility for outcomes
- Collaboration and teamwork in cross-functional environment
Tasks
- Collect, validate, and consolidate regional HR data for compensation, talent, and reporting.
- Integrate HR data for a comprehensive workforce and talent view.
- Lead end-to-end regional reporting and data processes, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Serve as the central contact for HR teams on data and reporting.
- Design and build dashboards to make HR data actionable for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology for enhanced efficiency and insights.
- Translate data into actionable insights for strategic workforce planning, compensation, and talent.
- Provide analytical support to regional stakeholders, linking metrics to business context.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address emerging business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, compensation, and talent teams to align on processes and data.
- Partner with Group HR functions to ensure consistency, compliance, and global alignment.
