  • •Negotiate job offers and prepare employment contracts
  • •Advise on compensation, salary changes, and bonuses
  • •Support health management for long-term absences
  • •Mediate conflicts and implement disciplinary measures
  • •Manage termination proceedings and staff exits
  • •Represent the organization in relevant court proceedings
  • •Collaborate constructively with the works council
  • •Negotiate formal works council agreements
  • •Coordinate with payroll and regional HR partners
  • •Support a modern, international HR strategy
  • •Manage independent HR projects and initiatives
