HR Administrator(m/w/x)
HR administration for a defined employee group at an industrial company, with payroll data preparation for external provider. Relevant professional experience in an industrial setting and labor law knowledge essential. Workday system in use.
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Relevant professional experience, ideally from a larger industrial company
- Knowledge of collective bargaining regulations, payroll tax, labor and social security law, and general HR topics
- Experience working with a payroll system, preferably Loga
- Confidence in using MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Workday is an advantage
- Thorough, independent, and reliable work manner; loyalty, commitment, and strong teamwork skills
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (C1)
Tasks
- Provide HR support for a defined employee group
- Ensure compliance with labor law requirements
- Assist in preparing payroll data for the external provider
- Support the annual salary adjustment process
- Maintain accurate master data
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries
- Prepare reports and statistics, especially in Excel
- Handle administrative tasks like job references and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems
