HR Administrative Assistant(m/w/x)
HR administration at a technology production site, managing candidate flow, personnel files, and absence records. Proven HR administration experience at a production site, with HR software knowledge, required. Workday HRIS system in use.
Requirements
- Vocational training in HR-relevant skilled occupation or studies in social science, HR management, or similar
- Proven work experience as HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Experience with a production site
- Experience with HR software (preferred Workday), time tracking, and payroll systems
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge in tax law, labor law, and social insurance
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
- Driving license class B
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as HR clerk, HR administrator, or similar
Tasks
- Support recruiting efforts and manage candidates
- Assist with employer branding activities at the Neckarbischofsheim location
- Handle daily HR tasks, including employee inquiries and report creation
- Organize and maintain personnel files and pension plans
- Manage absence records and validate vacation and sick leave requests
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Input and maintain employee data in HR tools like Workday
- Support the implementation of health and safety measures at the site
- Participate in site and team meetings
