Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years IT leadership experience, 5+ years in operational or service delivery management
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT operations and transformation programs
- Strong exposure to ITSM, IT asset management, cybersecurity, data privacy, enterprise application lifecycle management, IT audit and quality, vendor management, enterprise and solution architecture, organizational design
- Solid knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, PMI frameworks, ideally with certifications
- Certified SAFe practitioner, ideally at SPC level
- Expertise in IT strategic planning, IT governance, and organizational change management
- Genuine fluency in agile principles at scale (SAFe), ability to coach product-oriented culture
- Strong experience in budget planning, financial management, and workforce management
- Ability to steer architectural decisions balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability
- Strong command of ITIL or equivalent service management practices, ability to improve service quality, reliability, and end-user experience
- Ability to design and operate frameworks for tracking IT value (KPIs, OKRs, ROI, benefit realization)
- Expertise in designing and evolving IT operating models integrating ways of working, governance, tooling, and organizational design
- Capacity to lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team of expert professionals
- Executive-level communication skills to engage peers and business leaders, positioning IT as a value creator
- Excellent command (spoken and written) of English. French fluency desired.
