  • •Deep knowledge of UX design, research, accessibility, and DesignOps
  • •Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • •Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
  • •Proven experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

  • •Align roadmaps effectively with interfaces
