Tasks

  • Support strategic regional projects
  • Shape projects with key functions
  • Structure problems and gather data
  • Develop and communicate actionable recommendations
  • Prepare for WEC and Leadership Team meetings
  • Lead launch readiness reviews
  • Assist the Country President with business reviews
  • Coordinate with functions for regional requests
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues for decision-making
  • Co-lead yearly strategic planning with country leadership and Finance
  • Coach newly appointed members of the International European Leadership Team

Work Experience

  • 7 - 10 years

Education

  • Master's degree
