- Provide automated tools for data accuracy
- Manage the macro initiative tracking database
- Monitor project milestones and risks
- Oversee project management and communications contractors
- Coordinate with site and functional managers
- Standardize processes for roadmap development
- Collaborate with the analytics hub on measurements
- Lead steering committee meetings with senior leadership
- Coach project management and rotational talent
- Provide transparency for global leadership decisions
