- Lead and grow the quality engineering team
- Test product features
- Strengthen automated testing frameworks
- Help medical device companies bring high-quality technology to market faster
- Plan and coordinate verification and validation for software releases
- Plan and coordinate other testing activities
- Scale up automated testing with Playwright, TypeScript, Cucumber
- Work with the team to keep CI/CD pipelines fast and reliable
- Coordinate work across Engineering, DevOps, Product, Customer Success, Sales
- Represent the quality and test engineering team
- Own verification and validation for software releases
- Apply quality principles at scale
- Perform risk management
- Prepare for and field audits (e.g., IEC 62304)
- Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering
- Define, track, and share test automation goals and metrics
- Define, track, and share product quality goals and metrics
- Keep leadership and stakeholders informed
- Identify areas for improvement
