- Ensure HR initiatives drive organizational growth
- Oversee HR Directors and HR Business Partners
- Drive large-scale HR transformation
- Develop functional HR roadmaps
- Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders
- Translate organizational strategy into HR initiatives
- Implement workforce agility frameworks
- Develop talent acquisition roadmap
- Identify future skill needs
- Ensure identification of high-potential employees
- Create succession and leadership pathways
- Champion talent assessment tools
- Oversee learning and development programs
- Foster a culture of upskilling
- Leverage HR analytics and AI tools
- Drive workforce planning and talent reviews
- Drive retention and employee engagement strategies
- Develop and implement HR policy
- Lead strategic HR projects
- Manage complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Serve as a change leader
- Implement frameworks for organizational transformation
- Work closely with Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility teams
- Ensure competitive total rewards
- Oversee employee well-being programs
- Ensure seamless HR support for expatriates
- Work closely with HR Divisional Heads
- Act as trusted HR advisor to business leaders
- Provide insights on people management
- Build, develop, and mentor HR SS team
- Foster leadership capability
- Drive a data-driven HR team
- Leverage AI and automation for process improvements
- Promote collaborative learning
- Equip HR professionals for global workforce challenges
