- At least 10 years of sales experience, with 5 years in a leadership role
- Clear understanding of sales, marketing, and service integration
- Solid B2B2C understanding and experience with high-involvement customer segments
- Proven leadership skills in building and developing high-performing international teams
- Proficient use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Tasks
- Drive sustainable growth of the global photo business
- Ensure margin excellence and profitable sell-through
- Develop and implement integrated sales, marketing, and service strategies
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization
- Assume global responsibility for distribution management
- Oversee regional experts in direct and matrix structures
- Participate in the leadership team of the Mobile Imaging business unit
- Plan and manage global sales, marketing, and service budgets
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Represent the ZEISS brand at industry events and customer gatherings
- Develop customer-centric service offerings
- Ensure customer needs influence business decisions
