Tasks
- Lead and inspire a team of risk professionals
- Foster a culture of expertise and constructive challenge
- Promote risk awareness and prudent risk-taking
- Embed the ERM framework and regulatory requirements
- Deliver timely and actionable risk analyses
- Produce the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA)
- Support and monitor risk management framework implementation
- Ensure business processes align with Group standards
- Oversee effective execution of mitigation plans
- Act as local model governance responsible
- Ensure alignment with Zurich’s model risk framework
- Provide transparent risk reporting and insights
- Report to management and technical committees
- Chair the ZRe Risk Control Committee (RCC)
- Report to the ZRe Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and Board
- Facilitate alignment with Compliance, Audit, Legal, Treasury, and Capital Management
- Support risk talent growth and development
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
