- Fluency in English and German

Tasks
- Lead and develop a high-performing QA team
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure quality and food safety at the premix production site
- Implement and maintain effective quality and food safety systems
- Ensure compliance with global quality standards, including GFSI and HACCP
- Monitor copacker production sites and packaging suppliers
- Act as a liaison for quality assurance topics with copackers and suppliers
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Track implementation of preventive and corrective actions
- Oversee supplier and copacker qualification processes
- Manage supplier performance to meet global standards
- Ensure robust traceability processes for quality incidents
- Drive efficiency and global digitalization of QA processes
- Implement systems for process automation and KPI-based decision-making
- Harmonize QA policies for consistent reporting across locations
- Collaborate with partners to achieve quality excellence
- Lead strategic projects to enhance product quality and operational performance
- Develop innovative solutions for traceability and compliance
