- Sound scientific and regulatory knowledge
- Familiarity with international regulations like Eudralex, CFR, and Swiss medicinal product laws
- Business-fluent German and English skills
- Analytical and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders
Tasks
- Lead the QA for QC department
- Provide strategic leadership and quality oversight for QC
- Oversee the full employee performance management lifecycle
- Manage hiring and resource planning
- Foster team spirit through professional and personal support
- Refine strategic goals for monitoring and testing product quality
- Report on the quality of produced products
- Ensure compliance with global and local quality systems
- Adhere to national and international cGMP and ISO regulations
- Provide direct quality oversight for all QC processes
- Maintain a regular floor presence during manufacturing
- Ensure products meet government and company standards
- Collaborate with technology, manufacturing, and QC units
- Identify, escalate, and resolve compliance risks
- Maintain a constant state of inspection readiness
- Participate in the Kaiseraugst Quality Leadership Team
- Drive network activities and strategic direction
- Manage effective cross-functional communication
- Promote an engrained quality culture
- Utilize Lean and Agile methodologies
- Initiate a culture of experimentation and learning
