Requirements

  • •Completed university degree (Master’s or Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
  • •Extensive experience in building technology, ideally in technical and strategic product management roles
  • •Essential KNX knowledge and ability to translate technology into innovative solutions
  • •Proven experience in product creation and lifecycle management from concept to market launch
  • •Demonstrated leadership in global, cross-functional environments
  • •Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • •Flexibility to travel internationally

  • •Manage hardware, software, and system components throughout their lifecycle
  • •Translate market trends and customer needs into a KNX roadmap
  • •Develop next-generation KNX solutions with R&D

  • •Monitor global market trends, regulations, and competitor activities
  • •Act as the key interface between customers, sales, operations, and development teams
  • •Build and inspire a high-performing global KNX Product Management team
