Requirements

  • Experience in leading IT teams and managing IT projects, ideally in international/multicultural environment
  • Experience in executing IT strategies (local and global)
  • Strong leadership qualities (team management, conflict resolution, talent development, motivational skills)
  • Experience working with various stakeholders (senior executives, team members, external partners)
  • Excellent communication with various stakeholders
  • Understanding of business processes and strategies
  • Understanding of IT, ITIL, and COBIT framework
  • Knowledge in IT security, data protection regulations, and compliance requirements (global context)

  • Ensure IT practices meet global and legal standards.
  • Meet IT quality standards and pass audits.
  • Oversee global IT frontend operations.
  • Manage the global service desk.
  • Manage IT demand management.
  • Manage the IT PMO, including portfolio management.
  • Efficiently handle IT incidents, demands, and projects.
  • Manage and optimize IT services.
  • Support strategic business goals.
  • Improve IT user satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
  • Align IT strategy with business goals.
  • Manage IT Business Partners for business units.
  • Manage IT Business Partners for group functions.
  • Support IT needs for Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, and R&D.
  • Act as interface between business and backend services.
  • Manage communication and stakeholder matrices.
  • Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks.
  • Follow COBIT processes, guidelines, and architecture.
  • Ensure fulfillment of customer SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
