Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes
- Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs
- Hands-on AI fluency and experience embedding AI tools/agents into marketing workflows
- Deep understanding of modern growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets
- Strong partnership with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand & Community, Partnerships & Field, Customer Success and executive stakeholders
- Leadership experience building and scaling high-performing growth teams
- Builder mentality with high agency and strong execution instincts
- Curiosity about buyer behavior and strong instinct for conversion improvement
