- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin/Consultant Certification strongly preferred
- Additional certifications (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Admin, Sales Cloud) are a plus

- Design and evolve Marketing & Data Cloud solutions
- Define best practices for marketing and data capabilities
- Ensure long-term scalability and maintainability of solutions
- Drive platform improvements and AI adoption
- Serve as escalation point for complex solutions
- Deliver technically robust, data-driven solutions
- Orchestrate team capacity and priorities
- Ensure optimal resource allocation across regions
- Align with Product Owners and PMO on priorities
- Support coordinated global delivery
- Ensure consistent application of global standards
- Align with global data models and governance
- Integrate with adjacent functions and IT
- Maintain data quality and integrity
- Enable reporting and analytics for continuous improvement
