Requirements
- •University degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
- •Proven track record of building and leading international service organizations
- •Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution management within the life science / lab equipment industry
- •International leadership experience in matrix organizations and multicultural teams
- •Very good command of English, German skills are an advantage
- •Strong leadership personality with strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, analytical strength, and results orientation
- •Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and motivational leadership style

Tasks
- •Lead and manage the global Bioprocess Service and Customer Support organization
- •Design and implement a sustainable global service strategy
- •Develop new business models for service delivery
- •Manage and enhance international service teams, including Field Service and Technical Support
- •Ensure effective global complaint management and timely resolution of customer issues
- •Build and transfer application knowledge within the service organization
- •Conduct global training for customers and service staff
- •Drive new service concepts to maximize recurring revenue streams
- •Define and implement worldwide service policies and quality standards
- •Collaborate closely with R&D, Logistics, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Portfolio teams
- •Represent and position Bioprocess Service both internally and externally
