Tasks
- Define engineering standards for all facilities
- Lead capital projects across SHS Radiopharma International sites
- Oversee infrastructure system design and implementation
- Drive major investments and new technologies
- Support long-term strategic initiatives
- Ensure capacity readiness
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Align automation strategies
- Achieve operational excellence
- Partner with Quality, Business Development, and Technical Operations
- Maintain engineering standards across disciplines
- Develop asset strategies for lifecycle management
- Support new technology integration
- Lead harmonized automation strategy implementation
- Deploy tools and automation solutions
- Ensure compliance with GMP and Annex 1
- Support quality escalations and corrective actions
- Lead capital investment projects from concept to execution
- Support CAPEX planning and financial control
- Track budgets and analyze variances
- Drive strategic investment programs
- Oversee project governance through PMD process
- Ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- Participate in Project Status Review meetings
- Implement corrective or preventive actions
- Report on execution risks and opportunities
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers
- Provide daily supervision and performance management
- Coach team members and support career development
- Ensure optimal resource allocation
- Supervise contractor engagement
- Approve external purchase orders
- Ensure continuous technical training
- Promote knowledge transfer and best practices
- Partner with Quality, Business, and Operations teams
- Ensure facility capacity and readiness
- Execute projects in line with project management methodology
- Drive effective stakeholder management
- Maintain strong cross-functional communication
