- Transition from reactive problem-solving to strategic partnerships
- Facilitate direct engagement with site experts
- Distinguish role from Key Account Management
- Lead and develop Customer Service & Commercial management team
- Foster cross-functional collaboration
- Promote continuous improvement
- Negotiate site-level commercial agreements
- Manage supply contracts, affiliate agreements, forecasts, pricing, lead times, and orders
- Represent the site in customer discussions
- Participate in the Site Leadership Team
- Report to the Site Head
- Collaborate with VP Customer Service (Corporate)
