• 8+ years of multinational company experience

• Shape the global Talent, Learning & Culture strategy
• Deliver strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Lead Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions
• Oversee Leadership & Development and Employee Engagement
• Ensure integration across all talent and culture areas
• Develop a talent strategy that fosters inclusion
• Build diverse talent pipelines
• Partner with leaders on succession planning
• Accelerate development of high-potential talent
• Drive learning and leadership programs
• Manage the Swarovski Growth Academy
• Embed future-oriented digital learning initiatives
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI)
• Embed inclusive practices across the organization
• Support organizational development and change
• Advise leaders on transformation and capability building
• Integrate talent processes through technology and AI
• Leverage automation and analytics for performance
