Requirements

  • Flexibility to travel globally for projects

  • Master's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • 15 years of management or project management experience
  • 10 years of airport or aviation experience
  • Inspiring leadership and multicultural communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of multi-project management
  • Service-orientation and proven customer management experience
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and conflict management abilities
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • German language skills as an advantage
  • Certified clean police record

Tasks

  • Lead and develop ten consultants
  • Manage and grow client accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor
  • Drive market and product development
  • Engage stakeholders and prepare materials
  • Lead proposals and contract negotiations
  • Manage full P&L responsibility
  • Ensure successful consulting project delivery
  • Serve as Project Manager when required
  • Oversee project and financial performance
  • Ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Education

  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
