Requirements

  • Completed academic degree in Engineering or comparable qualification
  • Many years of experience in Business Process Management in product development context
  • Strong knowledge of Model-Based-Systems Engineering, Virtual Engineering and related IT-Systems
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills, strong analytical abilities, solid understanding of organizational transformation and project management expertise
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, German skills are a plus, willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

  • Manage and improve product development capabilities
  • Enhance process and data quality across the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the Product Line Organization and global functions
  • Support the continuous development of Enterprise Architecture
  • Align Enterprise Architecture with Product Lines, Functions, and Business Models
  • Advance the organization's capabilities in Virtual Engineering
  • Promote Model-Based Systems Engineering
  • Drive process implementation through appropriate IT systems
  • Collaborate with the ICT Organization for system integration
  • Manage the functional PMO
  • Develop and implement project management standards
  • Establish governance for project management

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
