Tasks
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of clinical scientists and medical writers.
- Mentor and enable clinical scientists and medical writers.
- Foster a culture of ownership and coaching.
- Support planning, implementing, and executing clinical development plans.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and culture of Oncology Early Clinical Development.
- Serve as a member of guidance and governance bodies and committees.
- Oversee clinical and regulatory excellence.
- Ensure high-quality documentation (Protocols, IBs, CSRs).
- Ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Drive innovative trial design and data interpretation.
- Partner with Medical and Biomarker leadership.
- Optimize clinical development plans and dose selection.
- Influence global strategy and external networks.
- Maintain a patient-centric approach.
- Engage with world-class investigators and advisors.
- Identify and implement new/best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
- Ensure quality, speed, and consistency across studies.
- Chair or co-chair the Protocol Review Forum.
- Serve as a member of the Development Board.
- Serve as a core member of the Early Clinical Development Leadership Team.
