Tasks
- Lead a team of Application Engineers
- Turn client requirements into validated 3D designs
- Create technical proposals
- Coach and develop Solution Architects
- Support the regional sales team with technical expertise
- Represent the company to key customers
- Coach and develop the Team Leader Deployment and CS
- Ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain high project quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee system deployment
- Manage system commissioning
- Ensure long-term technical health of client systems
