Requirements

  • Background in investment, top-tier consulting, or senior operating role
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience with dashboards, reporting, operating intelligence
  • Proven P&L responsibility at group or executive level
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, dashboards, executive reporting
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capability
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, project management skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and global collaboration
  • Strong AI and automation affinity
  • Experience/aptitude automating reporting, analytics, workflows
  • Experience with institutional investors and IR processes
  • High judgment, discretion, independent operation
  • Ambition for operating or investment leadership

Tasks

  • Lead strategic projects with founders.
  • Oversee group-wide reporting and analytics.
  • Analyze fund and product performance.
  • Track AUM development by region.
  • Monitor infrastructure, sales, and growth targets.
  • Design operational and financial reports.
  • Optimize operational and financial reports.
  • Automate reporting with Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, and AI.
  • Develop and maintain complex operational and financial models.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor AUM, commitments, and deployment.
  • Track MOIC, IRR, and DPI.
  • Analyze pipeline and regional growth metrics.
  • Aggregate and synthesize regional data into decision-ready insights.
  • Co-lead business expansion initiatives.
  • Drive expansion into new geographies and products.
  • Scale internal infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations across GPs and LPs.
  • Oversee LP reporting and data rooms.
  • Maintain institutional-grade reporting standards.
  • Represent Founders and MDs in meetings.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
