Requirements
- Strategic brand and governance leadership
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, and/or digital governance
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, governance, and architecture
- Strong understanding of visual identity systems
- Experience designing and running digital governance frameworks
- Track record of driving brand adoption across large organisations
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
Tasks
- Define and steward the Roche masterbrand globally
- Support the development of Roche’s brand strategy and positioning with the Reputation Team
- Lead the brand architecture and naming system for coherence across divisions and products
- Own and evolve the enterprise tone of voice and visual identity foundations
- Oversee the creation and updating of brand guidelines, policies, and standards
- Govern exceptions and waivers through the Brand Council as co-chair
- Drive global brand adoption and training programs for affiliates and partners
- Establish and enforce co-branding and partnership rules for alliances and sponsorships
- Ensure compliance and consistency through formal review gates and audits
- Lead Roche’s digital governance framework for channel usage and publishing standards
- Streamline the digital landscape by consolidating and cleaning up platforms
- Oversee the Digital Asset Management lifecycle, including taxonomy and metadata
- Provide agency governance oversight to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Collaborate with the Intelligence Team to monitor brand health and consistency
