Tasks

  • •Drive company-wide AI and automation adoption
  • •Design hackathons and enablement sessions
  • •Build repeatable programs with clear success metrics
  • •Partner with People Ops on onboarding and L&D
  • •Track market trends and emerging AI tools
  • •Translate insights into prioritized pilot programs
  • •Define safety guardrails and best practices
  • •Create internal assets and external-facing content
  • •Collaborate with Marketing on success stories
  • •Equip Sales with narratives and demos
  • •Manage and scale the Automation team
  • •Set vision, OKRs, and performance standards
  • •Oversee cross-functional automation product delivery
