Tasks

  • Develop the group-wide CREM strategy and governance framework
  • Optimize the global real estate portfolio for capital efficiency
  • Establish uniform approval and steering processes across regions
  • Execute real estate acquisitions, disposals, and lease transactions
  • Lead market analyses and business case negotiations
  • Provide central oversight for major construction projects
  • Ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule targets
  • Set global standards for workplaces and facility management
  • Integrate ESG and safety requirements into all projects
  • Manage CREM reporting and data transparency initiatives
  • Co-shape the MS Fabric target architecture with IT
  • Maintain data quality and a reliable KPI cockpit
  • Build and lead a high-performing CREM organization
  • Act as the key interface for executive boards and partners
