- •Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- •Experience with wiring harness manufacturing
- •Ability to interpret technical harness documentation
- •Understanding of harness workmanship principles
- •Experience defining manufacturing processes
- •Practical troubleshooting skills
- •Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- •Familiarity with aerospace workmanship standards
- •Experience with harness electrical test equipment
- •Understanding of EMI/EMC build practices
- •Experience supporting environmental test builds
Education
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Build development, qualification, and test harnesses
- •Perform precision cutting, crimping, and soldering
- •Execute lacing, tie-ins, and over-braid terminations
- •Coordinate production readiness for test campaigns
- •Define work instructions and inspection plans
- •Specify and qualify specialized assembly tooling
- •Implement calibration and maintenance routines
- •Optimize build flow and first-pass yield
- •Conduct continuity and isolation electrical checks
- •Troubleshoot build issues and verify shield terminations
- •Manage nonconformance handling and root cause analysis
- •Collaborate with designers on manufacturability improvements
- •Coordinate with supply chain on component kitting
- •Maintain detailed as-built records and traceability logs
