- Plan and coordinate repair orders for yourself and your team
- Perform independent repairs on elevators and escalators
- Identify risks and consistently implement safety processes
- Onboard new employees and monitor team training levels
- Coach and promote the professional development of your team
- Support the implementation of quality improvement measures
- Define training needs alongside the Service Manager
- Act as the primary contact for customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Ensure high standards for safety, quality, and service excellence
