Requirements
- 3-5 years in Growth Operations, Product Analytics, or Growth-focused B2B/PLG SaaS roles
- Hands-on product analytics tools experience (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong understanding of PLG funnels (acquisition, activation, retention, conversion)
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Comfort with data structures, event taxonomies, analytics pipelines
- Strong analytical instinct; ability to identify data inconsistencies and translate insights
- Experience with Product Growth teams in PLG environment
- Familiarity with experimentation tools (Optimizely, GrowthBook, LaunchDarkly)
- Experience integrating marketing and product data (HubSpot)
- Experience with RevOps and PLG revenue systems
- Exposure to AI-driven workflows or automation in growth analytics
Tasks
- Build and maintain operational frameworks for experimentation.
- Execute growth experiments with precision.
- Ensure reliable measurement and clean behavioral data.
- Translate growth strategy into scalable experimentation frameworks.
- Develop structured analytics for growth.
- Create repeatable operational processes.
- Partner with Product Growth, Marketing, Data, and RevOps.
- Operationalize growth experiment design and scaling.
- Ensure accurate and actionable growth insights.
- Align growth insights with the revenue framework.
- Instrument experiments in analytics platforms.
- Ensure clear event tracking and success metrics.
- Maintain structured experimentation processes.
- Define experiment hypotheses.
- Track experiments and analyze results.
- Support growth teams in setting up A/B tests.
- QA A/B tests across user journeys.
- Build and maintain dashboards for PLG metrics.
- Track acquisition, activation, and feature adoption.
- Monitor retention and conversion metrics.
- Analyze user behavior and product usage data.
- Identify growth opportunities and funnel inefficiencies.
- Partner with Product Growth and Marketing teams.
- Translate insights into prioritized experiment roadmaps.
- Ensure consistent metric definitions and tracking.
- Align metrics with shared data standards.
- Maintain operational visibility across the PLG funnel.
- Monitor conversion across onboarding and upgrade flows.
- Identify drop-off points in user journeys.
- Support experiment design to address drop-offs.
- Support lifecycle experiments (e.g., onboarding emails).
- Coordinate lifecycle experiments with Marketing Operations.
- Maintain integrations across growth tooling.
- Manage workflows for experimentation platforms.
- Ensure clean event tracking.
- Develop user segmentation capabilities.
- Perform cohort analysis.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Utilize AI for experiment analysis and reporting.
- Maintain documentation for growth metrics.
- Document experimentation processes and tooling.
- Collect and analyze user feedback.
- Partner with Product and Growth teams.
- Translate user insights into structured experiments.
- Maintain visibility into key engagement signals.
