  • Own and improve global procurement processes
  • Define global standards and governance
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Act as functional owner for procurement systems
  • Drive procurement digitalization roadmap
  • Implement SAP Ariba and Business Network
  • Harmonize, optimize, and automate processes
  • Integrate webshop and catalog solutions
  • Identify automation and efficiency improvements
  • Structure and prioritize business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Manage demand intake and escalation processes
  • Serve as interface between Procurement, Business, and IT
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Category Management, and stakeholders
  • Ensure clear communication across functions and regions
  • Lead or support procurement projects
  • Ensure proper implementation of requirements
  • Support global rollouts and hypercare
  • Define and manage procurement KPIs
  • Ensure data consistency and transparency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop training concepts and materials
  • Support and enable Key Users
