In this role, you will lead maintenance efforts to ensure plant availability while optimizing resources and implementing improvement projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing equipment maintenance, collaborating with various stakeholders, and driving productivity initiatives.

Tasks

• •Provide technical and disciplinary leadership
• •Ensure plant availability and implement maintenance strategies
• •Oversee commissioning, ongoing maintenance, and sustainable repair of manufacturing equipment
• •Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• •Optimize personnel, equipment, and process resources for productivity
• •Plan and implement improvement projects to increase machine availability and reduce costs
• •Strategically plan tool capacities and capabilities for optimal productivity and quality
• •Maintain production equipment by selecting, commissioning, and designing it
• •Create maintenance plans and conduct equipment checks
• •Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S guidelines
• •Record and report performance and costs focused on production targets
• •Define and implement improvement projects
