- •Oversee commissioning, ongoing maintenance, and sustainable repair of manufacturing equipment

- •Optimize personnel, equipment, and process resources for productivity
- •Plan and implement improvement projects to increase machine availability and reduce costs
- •Strategically plan tool capacities and capabilities for optimal productivity and quality
- •Maintain production equipment by selecting, commissioning, and designing it
- •Create maintenance plans and conduct equipment checks
- •Ensure compliance with safety standards and 5S guidelines
- •Record and report performance and costs focused on production targets
- •Define and implement improvement projects
