Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or professional qualification
  • 6–10+ years in (Group) Accounting, Reporting, Audit, Taxes or finance
  • Strong IFRS expertise and consolidation knowledge
  • Experience in dynamic, growing, regulated environment
  • Strong analytical mindset and hands-on execution
  • High ownership, resilience, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder interaction
  • Fluent English

Tasks

  • Support oversight of Group consolidation under IFRS
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of consolidation
  • Act as sparring partner on complex accounting matters
  • Support implementation of new accounting standards
  • Support documentation of new accounting standards
  • Contribute to preparing consolidated financial reporting
  • Contribute to reviewing consolidated financial reporting
  • Enhance quality of external financial reporting
  • Enhance clarity of external financial reporting
  • Review accounting treatments
  • Review technical assessments
  • Review position papers
  • Challenge accounting treatments
  • Challenge technical assessments
  • Challenge position papers
  • Take ownership of finance projects
  • Increase process efficiency through projects
  • Increase process standardization through projects
  • Increase process automation through projects
  • Act as key contributor on Group-wide initiatives
  • Support readiness of financial processes
  • Support readiness of Internal Controls
  • Support readiness of documentation
  • Support readiness of governance structures
  • Act as trusted sparring partner to the Director
