Requirements

• •15+ years of IT experience in international matrix organizations
• •Technical expertise and solid business acumen
• •Deep understanding of enterprise, solution, and domain architecture
• •Analytical, conceptual, and process-oriented thinking
• •Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management
• •Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change
• •Fluency in English (spoken and written)
