Requirements

  • Completed higher education in relevant studies (e.g., Economics, International Business, Finance)
  • Strong analytics expertise, business acumen, and technical proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Minimum 5 years in similar roles (including process optimization) ideally in packaging industry
  • Self-driven, positive, solution-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, strong time management, organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Commercial understanding, analytical thinking, problem-solving strength, high attention to detail, proactive mindset

Tasks

  • Provide data-driven recommendations
  • Support local sites with data collection alignment
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Align BI activities with Operational Excellence, Transformation Office, Commercial Excellence, Plants, and Group IT
  • Support a data-driven culture shift
  • Manage and mentor data analysts
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration
  • Oversee development of BI solutions, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools
  • Ensure data accuracy
  • Analyze trends
  • Transform findings into actionable insights
  • Present findings to all stakeholder levels
  • Influence business decisions
  • Secure buy-in for BI initiatives
