Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Business Continuity Management concepts, methodologies, technologies, and products
  • Practical experience in organization/business model in regulatory environment and business-related processes
  • Relevant experience in financial services industry
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Understanding of ICO standard 223xx or BCI certificate

Tasks

  • Define and implement Business Continuity framework
  • Ensure capabilities within Head Office and RBI Group
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for BCM effectiveness
  • Perform BCMS-Lifecycle activities for Austrian Subsidiaries
  • Define and implement crisis management policy
  • Execute crisis management process across RBI Group
  • Proactively engage business partners for new processes
  • Support rapid response to disruptions and changes
  • Build strong relationships with RBI Security and stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
