Requirements

  • Proven experience in group consolidation and financial statements
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS in consolidation
  • Solid understanding of intercompany processes and eliminations
  • Experience with financial consolidation systems and advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate inputs
  • Experience working with auditors
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Professional accounting qualification (beneficial)
  • Several years of group accounting experience

Tasks

  • Prepare and coordinate consolidated financial statements
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and IFRS compliance
  • Manage intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Act as primary contact for auditors on consolidation
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with local finance teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain high-quality and timely reporting

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – Basic
